    Over processed and damaged my hair by leaving bleach in for too long. The color only lasted for 3 days then went back to the bleached color. My hair was beautiful before and every salon I went to afterwards just to see their reaction told me they damaged my hair and that they did not NEED to bleach/strip my hair to achieve the color I had wanted. They only did so to capitalize and make $365 for the services. They ruined my hair and I had to get treatments because my hair was dead afterwards. Went back to complain and the owner Carlos was a major dick and told me this is what I had wanted and that I got what I paid for. I have filed complaints with the dept of health for nyc salons(speaking with an investigator) and the better business bureau. They will NOT get away with the damage they caused to my hair and the terrible customer service they provided me when I had asked them to make it right. I have many friends who work in PR and I have a big mouth so I will make sure I let everyone I know and more about this terrible place!!!
